London Stone Delivery Policy

Deliveries located within the London Stone Delivery Zone will be delivered via our hiab lorry fleet, featuring a crane offload, with kebside delivery only.  We will endeavour to deliver within the agreed time frame, however not be held responsible for any customer costs arrising as a subsuquence of late delivery.  Delivery is often next day, and in the vast majority of cases will be carried out within three days of order, subject to current stock levels.  In extremely busy periods, deliveries may be made by outside haulage contractors, or on smaller delivery vans in order to meet our commitments.  Please inform a member of our team if your address is located on a narrow street, or affected by weight or height restrictions.  The following postcodes are located within the London Stone Delivery Radius (TW,UB,CR,EC,GU1,GU4,GU15,GU16,GU18-23,EC1-4,HA0-HA9,HP6-10,KT1-24,N1-12,N20,NW1-11,SE1,SE5,SE11,SE17,SE21,SE22,SE24,SE27,SL0-9,SM1-7,SW1-SW20, W1-14,WC1,WC2,WD3,WD5,WD17-19,WD23-24,AL1-5,AL9,BR1-4,DA15-16,E1-E18,EN1-8,GU2,GU3,GU5,GU7,HP1-3,HP5,IG8,N13-N19,N21-22,SE3-10,SE12-16,SE18-20,SE23,SE25-26,WD25,WD4,WD6-7)

Deliveries which are not located within the London Stone Delievery Zone, will be carried out by our delivery partner, using the pallet delivery network.  All deliveries will be kerbside only.  Standard delivery time is 3 days from order, however next day can be provided for a surcharge.  Delivery will normally be made on an 18t rigid vehicle with a taillift and pallet truck.  It is a good idea to have somebody on hand as the driver may need assistance.  If any of the following apply to the delivery address, this may affect the suitability of this delivery method, so please inform a member of our team immediately.  The following postcodes are located within this zone.

Access Restrictions: Are there any height, weight, width restrictions or narrow lanes nearby?

Road Surface: The road must be tarmac, and in a condition that will allow a pallet truck to be operated.  Gravel is not suitable.

Level Road: Due to safety reasons the road must be relatively flat, or the driver will be unable to deliver using a pallet truck.

Anything Else: Do you know of any reason why tail lift may not be suitable for your delivery?  Please keep us inforrmed.
